NPSpecies Database

Wildlife information including mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians is curated from the NPS NPSpecies database. We highlight iconic and notable species found in each park to inspire wildlife-focused visits.

Wildlife lists represent notable highlights, not exhaustive species inventories.

iNaturalist

Supplementary species observations and biodiversity data come from iNaturalist, a global community science platform dedicated to recording and sharing observations of life on Earth.
